Party wear… the low down
We are on the cusp of the the busiest Christmas party week, so if you haven’t sorted your party wear out yet, it’s time to get with the programme.
Last night I started my back to back party weekend with a spot of culture, as I went to see Jude Law in Henry V in London’s Noel Coward Theatre with some great friends. My buddy arrived at our pre theatre supper at Balthazar London in a black jumpsuit looking absolutely awesome. Whilst she was busy acknowledging admiring glances from various suitors, it suddenly struck me that the humble jumpsuit might just be the perfect versatile party wear item that I’ve been searching for.
The beauty of the jumpsuit (once you’ve mastered the art of your restroom procedure) is that it gives you a flattering silhouette paired with a chic vibe, and still has super comfort factor going on.
My need for perfect party wear in a hurry, is also matched by my complete lack of enthusiasm to physically schlepp around the stores to try things on.
